Fees & Services

          I am available for technological troubleshooting and consultation.  I tend not to do internet consignment sales these days, preferring to instruct you in opening up your own Ebay/Amazon page.  Either way, we can talk.

      I have been a Digital Experience Consultant for over 7 years, at one time a full-time technical consultant for a busy public library.  I am very comfortable with Windows, Chromebooks,  Kindle and Kindle Fires, Android Phones and Tablets, iPads and iPhones.   I am a bit slow on MacBooks but confident of my problem-solving abilities.   I am NOT an Apple certified Genius and recommend that all Apple hardware problems should be taken to someone else.

LOCAL SERVICES (Victor, NY area, 30 mile radius)

     A housecall is $50 for me to show up.  This covers the first hour in which I will be able to give you an estimate of how extensive your problem is.  Every subsequent hour of that visit is $20.

     If you would like to drop off your desktop computer, laptop, or other device to have me clean viruses and/or perform updates, it is $100.  There is an extra $20 fee if I am picking the device up at your house.  I will be able to give you a good estimate within the first day of how long this service will take.  Average time is 1 to 4 business days or a weekend.
